Who runs this site

frizzer.dk is a private hobby site. One private person, the site owner, runs it for a group of friends. It is not a business: there are no ads, no tracking and nothing for sale. You can sign in only if you are invited.

Contact: ask the site owner directly (you know him if you were invited). Members can also write a request under "Arcade & site" on the Requests page. All members can see requests, so do not put anything private there. Ask him to reply to you directly instead.

Legal basis

The site runs on legitimate interest (GDPR article 6(1)(f)): running a private site for friends who asked to join. That covers signing you in, keeping your games, scores and posts, and the logs the site needs to work and stay safe.

Custom avatars are made only with your consent (article 6(1)(a)). You give it when you upload a picture. You can take it back at any time by deleting the picture.

Where it is stored

The site and its database run on Google Cloud, in a data centre in the USA (Iowa). Backups are kept in the same region for up to 30 days.
